Staybridge Suites St Louis - Westport by IHG

My family came to visit from LOZ! I was very impressed from the beginning, the front desk lady Ann was so sweet and accommodating! Check in was very smooth and fast! The room was amazing and very clean! We stayed 2 nights and it was just like being at home! The housekeepers were all very sweet and helpful! Staybridge Suites will forever be our spot when we come to St. Louis! Thank you for making our family vacation comfortable and enjoyable!

I have been staying at this staybridge for almost a month now, I have to say I am very pleased with my room, the breakfast, and if something needs fixed, it gets done with no hesitation. I see the hotel is remodeling and doing great things for this hotel. The staff Tori is amazing, she has been very helpful anytime I had a question or needed anything, along with all the other people I see her helping no matter what the situation she keeps a smile on her face with a positive attitude. It’s so nice to see people care and want to make you feel at home away from home! Thank you for keeping this hotel a cozy place for guests to feel welcome!

What started off as a disaster….ended on a good note. My family and I did a road trip, STL was one of the locations, we made reservations way before we even hit the road. Due to the weather while traveling, we had to stop several times. I stayed in contact with Staybridge Hotel, the staff was great. Once I got there to check in, an employee had done cancelled our reservations, I was so pissed I was crying, and very hurt. After driving for days, you wanna just shower, relax, and go to sleep. What made this stay marvelous…Dellillah Gore (Manager), and the morning staff (I can’t remember the other two ladies name), they made sure we stayed at a sister property up the the street, then the next day we came back to Staybridge to check in. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean just that. As we walked in, it had a welcome sign with my name on it, again they apologized. As we walked into the room…our mouths drops, the upgrade was real. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully loaded just how we like it. It was amazing in there. We asked to be on the first floor and we got that and close to the back door, how convenient. We took this trip back in March 2025 and I honestly forgot to do my review. I ran across the manager business card and ran to the reviews so I could write mine. Everyday they made sure we were comfortable and happy on all levels. I would most definitely recommend this hotel/location. I will always stay at a Staybridge hotel. Everyday fresh hot breakfast!!!! Bonus: Indoor pool, and small snacks, food and drinks for purchase at the front desk. Anytime we’re in St Louis, this is where we will stay. Home away from home

This is a very nice hotel. It smells nice and the rooms are really neat and clean. I wish the pool would have been up and running though that was a bit of a bummer. Tori at the front desk was amazing! She was so kind and welcoming and a joy to talk to. I will most definitely be staying here again!!!

The staff was extremely nice. The area feels safe enough to walk around after dark. The room was comfortable and offered a quiet environment to rest. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety to choose from. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

We have stayed in MANY, IHG hotels in the St. Louis area pretty much every weekend since May. Our granddaughter was diagnosed with a rare cancer and is being treated with her team from Children’s Hospital at Barnes. She is in remission but still not able to come home just yet. I have to say that once we stayed here, we did not book anywhere else! Clean rooms Comfortable beds, seriously! Friendly staff Great breakfast Free laundry Plenty of parking I don’t usually post any reviews, but this place definitely deserves 5

My visit at the Staybridge was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was good and a variety of food especially the breakfast taco bar. The customer service was definitely 5 ⭐. Deana the front desk clerk was nice, professional and very informative! I can't wait to go back

Very comfortable. Our home away from home when we visit St. Louis. Spacious quiet rooms. Breakfasts are varied every day so it’s never monotonous. Friendly staff and friendly guests. Even a free social time with a light supper, wine and beer every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Also a free laundry.
